This nonprofit initiative is designed to address growing regional demand for assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and independent senior living services throughout Wake and Johnston Counties.
The planned development will combine four integrated care divisions into one connected campus focused on dignity, wellness, healing, recovery, and long-term community support.
20–30 acres minimum with preference for a single parcel. Assemblage opportunities may also be considered.
Wake County or Johnston County within proximity to Raleigh, Cary, Garner, Clayton, or Smithfield.
Medical, senior living, assisted living, or compatible mixed-use zoning preferred.
Access to water, sewer, electric, gas, fiber, and municipal infrastructure support.
Suitable access for emergency vehicles, buses, and senior transportation systems.
Flat or gently sloping sites with limited floodplain or wetland constraints preferred.
Additional residents age 65+ projected by 2035 across Wake & Johnston Counties.
Memory care waitlists reported across several regional facilities.
Annual rehab discharge demand from regional hospitals requiring continued recovery support.
Veterans living in the region requiring housing, wellness, and rehabilitation services.
